Scope of the Special Issue

  • Sustainable development and climate‑related socio‑economic issues
  • Inequality, poverty dynamics, and inclusive growth
  • Innovation, technology, and future‑oriented development pathways
  • Behavioral, institutional, and evolutionary economics
  • Global prosperity, well‑being, and human‑centered development
  • Governance, leadership, and socio‑economic transformation
  • Interdisciplinary approaches linking economics with sociology, psychology, environment, or public policy

We encourage both theoretical and empirical contributions, as well as perspective pieces that offer bold, original, and intellectually stimulating ideas.

  • Notification of Acceptance: June 30, 2026
  • Publication Date: August 2026
  • Manuscripts must follow the JDI formatting and submission guidelines available on the journal’s website.
  • All submissions will undergo a double‑blind peer‑review process.
